Bradley G Frieswyk, MA, BCBA, LBA received his degree in Applied Behavior Analysis from Western Michigan University in 1994, giving him over 25 years of experience in the field of ABA. Throughout his career, Brad has presented and been an invited speaker at many professional conferences, including the Annual Conference of the Association for Behavior Analysis International and many of its subsidiary and regional organizations. He has worked nationally and internationally with professionals and school districts applying the principals of Behavior Analysis in various settings and has coauthored nine books applying behavioral methods in education.
Nicole A Cissell, MA, BCBA began working as a behavior therapist in 2003 while completing a degree at The Ohio State University. Nicole quickly found that she had a passion for the science of behavior analysis and the positive change that it could make in children’s lives. She completed her graduate studies in Applied Behavior Analysis at The Chicago School of Professional Psychology in 2009 and helped launch BGF Children's Therapy.

Jaclyn Gutierrez, MA, BCBA, a graduate of Ohio University, joined BGF Children’s Therapy as a behavior therapist in 2010. Previous to that, she had worked as a behavior therapist at Nationwide Children's Hospital in Columbus, OH. Jaclyn completed her graduate studies in ABA at The Chicago School of Professional Psychology in 2012, and was promoted to BCBA Supervisor.
Amy Godziszewski, MA, BCBA, a graduate of Marquette University, joined BGF Children’s Therapy as a behavior therapist in 2013. She completed her graduate studies in ABA at The Chicago School of Professional Psychology in 2015 and was promoted to BCBA Supervisor.

Valerie Deutsch, MS, BCBA, began working in the field of ABA as a behavior therapist in 2011 as she was completing her undergraduate degree at Washington University in St. Louis. She joined BGF Children’s Therapy as a behavior therapist in 2013 and continued in her role throughout her graduate studies in ABA at the Chicago School of Professional Psychology. Upon completing her master’s degree and becoming a certified behavior analyst in 2016, she was promoted to BCBA Supervisor. Valerie has spent over 15 years working with people with developmental disabilities, in a variety of environments, with children as young as 2 years old through adults living both independently and in residential group settings. The growth she sees in her clients’ personalities, skills, and connection to their environments keeps her inspired by her work every day.
Holly Carter, MA, BCBA, a graduate of Indiana Wesleyan University, began working as a behavior therapist in 2015. Holly was first interested in ABA after observing the improvement in the ability of kids to communicate their wants and needs, and her interest in the field deepened after learning about effective and research-based interventions for teaching new skills. Holly has worked with kids ages 3-15 with a primary focus on communication skills, reinforcement-based interventions, direct instruction, precision teaching, problem solving, executive functioning, and family guidance. She joined BGF Children’s Therapy as a behavior therapist in 2017. Holly completed her graduate studies in ABA at The Florida Institute of Technology in 2019 and was promoted to BCBA Supervisor.
